Kiwi Chia Green Smoothie

Green smoothies are such  fabulous way to get so much goodness into your body in one simple and delicious drink! this is a great combination of fruit, greens and super foods that isn’t too sweet and will give you a burst of energy and protein!

Ingredients-

  • 1 large frozen banana chopped
  • 1 kiwi fruit peeled
  • a handful of green grapes
  • 1/4 of a small avocado
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of mesquite powder
  • 1 teaspoon of maca powder
  • 2-3 green leaves such as kale or cos lettuce
  • the zest of half an orange (optional)
  • 1/2- 3/4 cup of coconut water or almond milk (add your liquid depending on how thick you like your smoothie!)

Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
