Dark Berry Beauty Bowl

I do love my green smoothie bowls, but breaking out into new colours and flavours is always exciting too! This recipe uses dark red blood plums and cherries to create its gorgeous deep colour. It is a delicious bowl, full of antioxidants and high in vitamin C. I also use a Bare Berries Blend from Bare Blends which I adore and is available on their website. Enjoy!



  • 1 large frozen banana chopped
  • 1 blood plum chopped
  • a dozen pitted cherries
  • 1/4 of a zucchini chopped
  • 1/4 of an avocado
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons of Bare Blends Bare Berries
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla sprouted raw brown rice protein powder (Ezy Protein)
  • 1/4 cup of almond milk

Blend all ingredients until very smooth and creamy.

Pour into a bowl and top with-

  • 1/2 a chopped blood plum
  • 1 tablespoon of goji berries
  •  1 tablespoon of coconut
  • fresh pomegranate seeds
