Apple and Apricot Baked Oats

This is a delicious warming meal that can be served for breakfast or dessert! Made with fresh apples, dried apricots, oats and spices, it speaks of cold winters and warm open fires! Feel free to play around with the fruit- rhubarb would be lovely, or even peaches in season.
